Due to the nature of the product and for health and safety reasons we are only able to accept returns of good that are in original sealed condition. We are not able to accept opened products.
Postage and packaging for returned items are to be paid for by the buyer.
Once we have received and inspected the items we will organise a refund for the full value of your order less our postage costs.

If we are out of stock for an item or if your order is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to arrange refunds where applicable within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 5 working days (due to cancellation of an order) or 5 days from our receipt of your returned items please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to look into the matter for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
